When Equipment Stops Working, Start with 1st Alliance

A broken wheel, weak battery, worn brake, loose component, or equipment malfunction can quickly interfere with everyday independence. 1st Alliance Care Solutions provides convenient maintenance, adjustments, replacement-part installation, and minor repair services for select mobility equipment, including eligible equipment that was not purchased from us.

Whether you purchased your equipment from 1st Alliance, another medical equipment provider, a retail store, or directly from an online retailer, our team can help determine the next step.

How Equipment Service Works

For eligible equipment and service areas, 1st Alliance offers on-site mobility equipment service, bringing assistance to your home, facility, or organization when transporting the equipment isn't practical.

Our service process begins with an assessment of the equipment and reported problem. When the requested work falls within our service capabilities, we'll explain the recommended maintenance, adjustment, replacement part, or minor repair and any associated costs before proceeding.

We love hearing from you and even when you have a problem is no exception. Reach out to us and let us know what’s happening.

Send us the equipment type, manufacturer and model if available, along with a description of the problem. You can even send images to show exactly what you own.

We'll evaluate the reported issue and determine whether basic maintenance, adjustment, replacement of an eligible component, or minor repair is appropriate.

When replacement parts or additional service are required, we'll explain the available options and associated costs before proceeding.
